Sierra Pathology Associates (SPA) is a pathology specialty group providing to the Northern Nevada community the full spectrum of pathology services, including both inpatient and outpatient surgical pathology, clinical consultation, and fine needle aspiration. SPA is comprised of a team of consulting pathologists whose combined qualifications enable SPA to provide professional pathology services of unsurpassed quality in the region. Sierra Pathology Associates was incorporated in 1987 with principal operations at Renown Regional Medical Center and Renown Medical Center South Meadows in Reno, Nevada.
